SAIL: Improving Strength & Balance Fitness Class (Roosevelt 55+) ONLINEFitnessUse aerobics, strength training with weights and balance exercises to reduce the risk of falling. Before your SAIL class begins, you are encouraged to attend a short online orientation meeting on Fri April 17 @ 8 AM to complete a Juniper register form, meet your instructor, Gail Johnson, and learn about space/equipment you will use in class. This program is offered by Juniper, a Minnesota non-profit that offers healthy living classes and sponsors classes like SAIL across the state. Lifelong Learning 55+ classes have discounted price options already among the options. Participants are asked to pick the price that they are able to pay. By more clearly articulating our lower cost options, we have removed the barrier that some may have felt in making scholarship requests.
