We will make two empanada fillings: the traditional beef one in the Tucumana style and Humita, a corn-based vegetarian option for you to enjoy.

Victoria is a food lover and enthusiast. Born and raised in Argentina, her favorite thing to cook for friends and family is Argentinian food. Victoria learned how to cook empanadas with her great-grandmother Teresa. Her mom Delicia and her cooked empanadas together as a family tradition for over 20 years. Victoria has been cooking and sharing empanada recipes with others for over 10 years now.
