Yoga: Vinyasa (Edison)
This vinyasa-style class is all about connecting breath and movement in a way that feels steady, supportive, and accessible. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you’ll find space to move, build strength, and slow down. We’ll focus on flowing with the breath, listening to the body, and letting go of the pressure to “do it perfectly.” My hope is that you leave each class not just feeling stronger and more grounded, but also carrying a little more compassion for yourself (and maybe even those around you).Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and yoga mat.
Allison C Bender
Allison completed her Yoga Teacher Training at 612 Jungle in Minneapolis and has been practicing yoga for about ten years. She’s found yoga to be one of the most meaningful ways to build a relationship with herself, both on and off the mat. Allison’s teaching style is welcoming and encouraging, with an emphasis on creating a space where everyone feels comfortable showing up exactly as they are.
