This is an online class for Caregivers only.

This course is designed to help caregivers strengthen their relationship with their children by understanding and responding to their emotional needs. Based on decades of attachment research, The Circle of Security Parenting™ (COSP) offers a visual framework and practical tools to support secure parent-child relationships. This class includes videos, reflection, skill building and discussion, led by a registered COSP facilitator.
