Forest Bathing: Fall Equinox (55+)

Find balance as the day and night find equal length this equinox and the fall season begins. Forest Bathing is a research-based, immersive practice of slowing down and opening our senses to the natural world around us. With this practice we can develop a deeper relationship with ourselves, the natural world, and other humans.

Mel, a Certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, will guide this experience with thoughtful invitations to help you slow down and explore the world around you, followed by opportunities to share our experiences with one another.

Longfellow Gardens is located at 3933 E Minnehaha Pkwy, Minneapolis, MN 55417 on the southwest corner of E Minnehaha Pkwy and S Minnehaha Drive. Park in the small lot off E Minnehaha Pkwy.

We will meet at the north entrance to Longfellow Gardens south of the small parking lot on E Minnehaha Parkway.

This program takes place entirely outside. Check the weather and come prepared for being outdoors. In the event of severe or extreme weather conditions this program will be cancelled, and communications will be sent.
