She has worked in the food service industry for nearly 20 years and is excited to share her love of fresh vegetables and composting with her students! Carlyn teaches upper-level culinary classes focusing on technical baking, entrepreneurship, and scratch cooking. Carlyn is passionate about zero-waste cooking and locally sourced ingredients.
