Collaging for Self Reflection (Northeast)

Take a pause and reflect on your thoughts, feelings, and experiences through the art of collage. Using a mix of found materials and anything you choose to bring, we’ll create pieces that help you tune into your inner world. There are no rules, just space to explore, experiment, and express yourself. By the end of class, you’ll not only have a unique piece of art, but also a little more insight into your own story and perspective.

Allison loves exploring creativity through collage, yoga, and mindfulness. She enjoys using found materials to make playful, meaningful art. Her teaching is relaxed and encouraging, with an emphasis on process over perfection, and helping each person connect more deeply with themselves along the way.
