Mindfulness Meditation (Roosevelt)
Meditation has been proven to decrease stress and anxiety, improve attention and empathy, and slow down cognitive decline. This class will teach a timeless mindfulness meditation technique in a casual environment that welcomes complete beginners, casual meditators, and all questions. We’ll also explore other types of meditation and how to incorporate mindfulness into your life.

This class is priced on a sliding fee scale. Please pay the price you are able. This helps to ensure that Community Education can provide quality opportunities for all of our participants.
Zoe Benston
A certified Mindfulness Meditation instructor through Dharma Moon and US Tibet House, Zoe has been practicing meditation for over twenty years. She has worked as an actor, writer, business analyst, and volunteer coordinator, but her her heart lies in learning, engaging with her community, and facilitating the education of others. She lives in South Minneapolis with her partner.
