Guillermo Guardia is an art teacher and artist from Lima Peru. He lives and works in Minneapolis. Guardia draws inspiration from art history, his upbringing in Peru, Catholicism, his transition to living in the United States, and political events to create both figurative sculptures and functional pottery.
