Learn how to ferment organic vegetables and discuss the nutritional benefits of eating fermented foods. Sample sauerkraut, salsa and whatever the season brings. Make and take home a jar of fermented fare like kombucha, beet kvass and kefir soda.

Dagmar has fermented kombucha and all types of vegetables, fruits and other foods for over 10 years. She likes to teach in an interactive style with hands-on experience and full student participation. Each class will be slightly different since students are encouraged to ask questions and share their experiences.
