Tai Chi (Lake Harriet Upper)
Tai Chi is a simple traditional Chinese practice that uses inner strength or "Qi" to feel better. Learn the "form", which is a continuous sequence of postures practiced in a slow, gentle manner, to improve blood circulation, balance, and your overall health. Instruction is designed for people of all ages and physical abilities. No special clothes or mats are needed.

Anne-Therese (A-T) Mracek has a passion for teaching people new skills. Whether it be teaching pickleball to the level that brings people joy, or guiding them to bring balance and power into their lives by practicing tai chi, her purpose is to help elevate others to their highest potential.
