You will improve your movement skill set while developing a deeper understanding of how simple, efficient fitness benefits EVERYbody.

Amy teaches Nia, which she describes as "a safer-but-as-fun form of "Zumba", for those who want to exercise with dance but require a different intensity level. Her classes are taught to popular music and are fun for all ages.
