Mat Pilates Yoga Power Sculpt (Washburn)
Intermediate level (level 2) Mat Pilates combined with yoga flow movements using Pilates principles to get you off the ground and raise your heart rate. A small stability ball and Pilates circle will challenge your Mat Pilates on the floor. Prerequisite: Pilates 1 or experience in Pilates

Susie has trained extensively in Pilates for the past 10 years. She completed her training for certification in the spring of 2007. She believes strongly that Pilates students reap great rewards like increased metabolism, better posture and stronger core muscles.
