Outdoor: Hatha Yoga at the Peace Gardens (Northeast)
Find a deeper connection for your body, mind and spirit by using breath to guide the body. The class focuses on alignment, flexibility and strength. Peace Gardens are located at 4124 Roseway Road, west of the Rose Gardens.
In case of inclement weather, the class will be moved to Zoom.
*During in-person classes, participants must maintain social distancing of at least 6 feet from others at all times. Facemasks are optional. Participants with any signs of illness are to stay home.

Adele enjoys sharing the health benefits of yoga and music with adults and children of all ages and backgrounds. She is a certified yoga teacher through the Yoga Center of Minneapolis, and a singer. Adele has taught yoga classes that incorporate breath work, meditation, yoga poses, and music in yoga studios and classrooms throughout Minneapolis.
