    This is a gradual separation class (child and caregiver spend time together and practice spending time apart). This course is designed to help caregivers strengthen their relationship with their children by understanding and responding to their emotional needs. Based on decades of attachment research, The Circle of Security Parenting™ (COSP) offers a visual framework and practical tools to support secure caregiver-child relationships. This class includes videos, reflection, skill building and discussion, led by a registered COSP facilitator. A limited number of Infants 0-4 months are welcome to stay with caregivers during discussion time. Please enroll your young infant only in the Sibling Care option.
