Times are scheduled within the same dates and times that group lessons are offered. Registrations are taken as a waitlist and you will not be charged until a scheduled time is set. Lifeguard Conditioning *no certification* - Ages 15-18 (Olson Pool)AquaticsPre-requisite: To attend, you should be able to float and swim at least one length of the pool. We will work on building front crawl efficiency; breaststroke; treading; sidestroke; endurance; and basic lifeguard skills. The Lifeguard Conditioning Course, helps build endurance and familiarize you with swim skills needed for attendance of the Lifeguard certification course.
