Each week, we'll explore a different craft using different media and with input from the group, while building a small community of folks expressing their creativity together. We'll use mostly donated, repurposed, or thrifted materials to reduce waste, free ourselves from perfectionism, and build community as we source our supplies. Handmade Cloth Dolls (Lake Harriet Upper)Arts & CraftsCreate an original doll. We will begin with drafting a simple pattern, and then continue to sew, stuff, and dress your doll. Feel free to bring any special fabric scraps, or use the wide range of cloth, ribbons, and other textiles I will provide.
