Namekagon River Canoe/Kayak Glamping Trip (Southwest)Trips, Tours & Special EventsWaitlistJoin us for a great weekend canoeing or kayaking the Namekagon River, one of Wisconsin's most scenic rivers. Arrive Friday afternoon/or night, set up camp and enjoy a special late night snack. After breakfast Saturday we will paddle 13 miles before enjoying a gourmet dinner. Canoe or kayak a shorter leg of the river on Sunday with only your lunch and water in tow. The trip fee is based on two people per canoe or one person per kayak. You must attend an informational meeting from 7 – 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 26 at Southwest. Cost is per person and includes all meals, canoe/kayak rental, shuttle service to/from the drop points, two nights camping fees and communal supplies. Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from Jack's Campground in Trego, WI (a 1.5 hour drive). If trip has filled, please add yourself to the waitlist as we are likely able to add more spaces.Adult Enrichment Summer 2026

Family Halloween Party (Southwest)FamilyPut on your most friendly costume and join us for our annual Family Halloween Party at Southwest. Activities include carnival games, a raffle for door prizes, a bingo hall, magic shows, dinner concessions, treats and prizes. The magic shows are 2 tickets, and the carnival games are 1 ticket. (Tickets are 25 cents each). Children must be accompanied by an adult. A food shelf donation is accepted at the door.
