Mushroom Hunting 1 (North)Home & GardenDiscover the world of mushrooms in this 3-hour hands-on beginner mushroom hunting hike with Ironwood Foraging Co. Lead Guide, Tim Clemens. You'll learn how to find and safely identify edible wild mushrooms. Mushroom hunting equipment, mushroom identification skills, fungal biology, mushroom recipes, and resources to continue your learning will all be covered. Location is within one hour of Minneapolis and will be emailed to attendees prior to the workshop. Walking distance ~1-3 miles. NOTE: Location is within one hour of Minneapolis. Location details will be emailed the Monday prior to the workshop. If we go to a State Park, that there will be an additional $7 Daily/$35 annual vehicle entry permit needed that can be purchased at the State Park entrance office.
