Fairy Homes & Gardens (Entering Gr. 1-2)Kenwood Super Summer CampsGet creative with sparkles, flowers, twigs, sequins and magic fairy dust. Make your fairy friends their own furniture, home and garden to play in. Register your child for a morning class and an afternoon class and we will provide lunch and supervision free of charge from 12-1 pm. When signing up for the morning class, you will be able to choose the option “Stay for free lunch and recess from 12:00 – 1:00 pm” as you complete your registration. Join us as we build a community of support for American Indian culture. Discussion topics include traditional American Indian caregiving practices, navigating the MPS school district, honoring family routines and traditions, and supporting your child’s development. Dinner will be served. ECFE classes are priced on a sliding fee schedule based on family income. Please choose the fee that best fits your family budget. Each week we'll make a new project that focuses on, recycled fashion pieces, colorful patterns, or runway trends, while learning creativity, confidence, and personal style. No sewing experience needed! On the last day of spring session, we will put on a fashion show for parents and families. Come join the fun! By more clearly articulating our lower cost options, we have removed the barrier that some may have felt in making scholarship requests. Through acting, singing, and dancing, students will develop their performance skills while rehearsing for a full stage production. Along the way, they’ll build confidence, teamwork, and creativity as they become part of this beloved tale. Students will also learn mask making and costume design and wear their creations in the production !At the end of the program, they'll showcase their hard work in a live performance for family and friends!
