Bûcheron, which translates to ‘lumberjack’ in French, features French-American cuisine while drawing inspiration from the skill and craftsmanship of generations of lumberjacks who worked and lived in our home state of Minnesota. In this elevated neighborhood restaurant, Bûcheron features a simple yet dynamic menu in a charming and convivial atmosphere.
