Prenatal Yoga (Expecting Caregivers Only)

This is an adult only class for expecting caregivers

This gentle, supportive class offers expectant caregivers a space to stretch, breathe, and connect with their changing bodies. Prenatal‑friendly yoga helps reduce stress, improve comfort, and prepare the body for labor and birth. No prior yoga experience is needed. Caregivers will also receive parent education focused on preparing for life with a newborn.

ECFE classes are priced on a sliding fee schedule based on family income. Please choose the fee that best fits your family budget.  

A 10% surcharge will be applied to fees for Non-Minneapolis residents.
