Soccer Squad (Grades 4-5)

New this fall, students from Keewaydin will have the opportunity to take our Soccer Squad afterschool class at Wenonah! Students will meet with their instructor at the Keewaydin cafeteria tables closest to door 3, and then head over to Wenonah with our "walking bus." Soccer Squad is fun a afterschool class for your student who loves soccer and having fun! Students will practice character building, cooperative skills, and individual success. No soccer experience needed!

Community Education uses a sliding scale model for program fees so our afterschool programs can be financially sustainable and more equitable. Families are asked to pick the price that they are able to pay. By more clearly articulating our lower cost options, we have removed the barrier that some may have felt in making scholarship requests. When families participate at the higher price levels, they help make the program more sustainable.

Note: Minneapolis Community Education has adjusted our pricing model for after school programs to maintain high quality programming while also responding to greater financial constraints. You will see the following pricing options when registering:

• Class Fee: This rate reflects the true cost of providing the program.
• Class Fee + Scholarship Fund: Families who are able to contribute more can select a rate above the class fee. The additional amount helps support our scholarship fund and provides access to reduced rates for other families.
