Paint Pals (Grades K-1)

In our new Paint Pals afterschool class, students will create fun projects using different types of paints and art supplies. Each week, our paint artists will explore textured canvas creations, watercolor painting, acrylic painting, and so much more! Students will explore different painting techniques through hands-on art activities designed to get creative and build confidence. From creating a DIY book using watercolors, to painting textured art pieces, this class is perfect for students who love fun, bold colors, and want to use their imagination!

Note: Minneapolis Community Education has adjusted our pricing model for after school programs to maintain high quality programming while also responding to greater financial constraints. You will see the following pricing options when registering:

• Class Fee: This rate reflects the true cost of providing the program.
• Class Fee + Scholarship Fund: Families who are able to contribute more can select a rate above the class fee. The additional amount helps support our scholarship fund and provides access to reduced rates for other families.
