SAHR Sports: Gym Games & Team Challenges (1-2)

Participants rotate through a variety of gym-based games, relays, and team challenges that build teamwork, coordination, and movement skills. Sessions include dodgeball variations, kickball style games, frisbee based activities and challenges, and group competitions to keep participants active and engaged. No prior experience is required.
