Math Support with Ms.Novak (Justice Page- ALC)

Need help with Math? This is the class for you. Ms. Novak will work with you and small groups to understand and complete Math work. Gain confidence in asking and answering math questions. You will also play other math games to build on what you know. 

Students must be registered to attend.  Students can register for one afterschool class per day.

Monday:Math and Movement Students will get support in strengthening their math and problem solving skills through various activities, games, and working on daily math classwork. For the last part of class, we will join Mr. Gallagher's class in the gym for movement.

Tuesday:Math and Chill Students will get support in strengthening their math and problem solving skills through various activities, games, and working on daily math classwork. The second half of class students can be creative and do a variety of arts and crafts activities (color, sketch, paint, make friendship bracelets, etc).

Wednesday: Math and Music Students will get support in strengthening their math and problem solving skills through various activities, games, and working on daily math classwork. After getting support with their math, students can make up dance routines and songs to express themselves musically.

Thursday: Math Prodigies The whole class period is math support. Students will get support in strengthening their math and problem solving skills through various activities, games, and working on daily math classwork.

This is an ALC class only only available to Justice Page students.

Activity Bus Information:

Register by Tuesday, September 22 in order to have a bus the first week.

Register between 9/23-10/16 and you will be routed on the bus by week 2 or 3 of the program. Once the program has started it takes a minimum of 10 business days to be routed. Please plan an alternative pick up while you wait for your bus route.

Only choose “bus” if you intend to use it for the majority of the days registered in the program. If your student does not ride the bus for 2 weeks they will be removed from the route. If your student is not eligible for busing during the school day, they are not eligible for the afterschool activity bus.
