Josiah Jackson is a native of Minneapolis, Minnesota.  She was raised in a Christian home by both of her parents until their passing away a few years ago. She believes in caring and supporting the family.  She is a dynamic speaker, writer, author, and actor.  She is the Project Director for the Because You Are Worth It (BYAWI) Tutoring Program under TLC Educational Foundation.  She wrote and published her first book, God Called Her Josiah, An Autobiography by Josiah Jackson.  Also, she has appeared on Tyler Perry's MEET THE BROWNS television show.  She holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Elementary Education, a Masters of Arts (MA) degree in Education, a Culinary Certificate, and a Masters of Divinity (MDIV) degree.  She has the better of two worlds with her experiences in education and the food service industry. This combination and wide variety allows her to fulfill the provider role.
