Words & Language in Art (Camden)
This presentation offers a unique opportunity to explore the work of artists who don’t necessarily “play by the rules” when it comes to making and exhibiting their work. Many of the artworks featured in this class are found outside the traditional gallery space or are constructed with surprising mediums. This classes focuses on how words and language are used in the visual arts by exploring the work of artists Jenny Holzer and Barbara Kruger.
