Step behind the scenes at Dogwood Coffee Co. in Northeast Minneapolis (1201 Tyler Street NE) for an immersive journey into the world of specialty coffee. This isn’t just a tasting; it’s an all-access pass to see how one of the Twin Cities’ most iconic roasters sources, roasts, and perfects their craft. Participants will learn the basics of "cupping" and create their own personal blend to take home.
