Camping with Babies & Kids (Southwest)

Adults will learn and practice skills for taking babies and young children camping, hiking, backpacking, and having fun in the woods! Topics will include tips and tricks for health and safety, sleeping systems, where to go, Leave No Trace, snacks and meals, covering miles, and carrying gear.

Participants will get the chance to make a fire and cook over it, work a camp stove with little ones around, and practice setting up tents. Everyone will leave feeling more prepared and empowered to adventure outside with their little ones.
