Pasta Making (Roosevelt)
Mix, knead, roll, fill, and cook your own pasta from scratch! Participants will learn to make lemon ricotta and butternut squash ravioli along with several other fun filled pasta shapes! Come hungry!

Carlyn is a teaching chef at Roosevelt High School in South Minneapolis. She has worked in the food service industry for nearly 20 years and is excited to share her love of fresh vegetables and composting with her students! Carlyn teaches upper-level culinary classes focusing on technical baking, entrepreneurship, and scratch cooking. Carlyn is passionate about zero-waste cooking and locally sourced ingredients.
