FPV Drone Piloting (North)

We'll dive deep into the technology, empowering you to select, maintain, and even build your own custom drones. Equipment Requirement:

Participants should bring to class:

- Drone — (must be an FPV drone capable of full manual flight)

- Radio controller — (with a protocol compatible with the drone)

- FPV Goggles — (with a protocol compatible with the drone)

- Batteries — (for your drone, controller, & goggles - They are usually not included.)

If you do not have a drone, please purchase one before the class begins, keeping in mind shipping time, which can take a couple of weeks. Current available minimum pricing as of Nov 2025 is $230 for a complete basic kit.
