Mat Pilates 1 (Roosevelt)
In this beginner mat class, we will be focus on breath work, core stability, and learn to increase flexibility and mobility. Join me for an evening of fun and transformation. For this course, you should be able to get up and down off the floor without assistance. Please bring to class a yoga mat, towel and a water bottle.
