Level 4: Stroke Improvement - Ages 8+ (Northeast Pool)
You will work on different floating methods in deep water; front and back gliding two body lengths; treading water; swimming front crawl and elementary backstroke 25 yards; and swimming back crawl, breaststroke, butterfly and elementary backstroke 15 yards. Class is taught in deep water.
