Move2Music blends dance aerobics with smart stretches and an eclectic song list that delights and inspires. Think of it as fitness with a wellness focus….and a whole lot of fun! Bring a yoga mat or towel as we will stretch on the floor.

Amy teaches Nia, which she describes as "a safer-but-as-fun form of "Zumba", for those who want to exercise with dance but require a different intensity level. Her classes are taught to popular music and are fun for all ages.
