Square Dancing (55+)
Are you wanting to get more exercise? Or perhaps you’re hoping to get out & socialize more? Or maybe you could simply use a bit more time spent smiling? If any or all of the above are true for you, then please join us for this fun & friendly class! No experience necessary, and you don’t need to come with a partner. Just wear comfortable shoes that are easy to walk in, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Professional dance caller Ann Carter will lead the group in some simple square dances to some good old-time music. Ann’s motto is: “Hand over hand, heel over heel, the more you dance, the better you feel.” Please bring water to hydrate.
