Fall Foliage Forest Therapy (Marcy)
In our fast-paced, digital world, we often lose our connection to the natural environment. Forest Bathing, inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, is not a hike or a botanical study, it is a guided sensory experience. Join us to slow down, quiet the mind, and "bathe" your senses in the atmosphere of the forest. Research shows that just two hours of mindful nature connection can lower blood pressure, reduce cortisol levels, and boost your immune system. Please dress for the weather and bring a small sit-pad or camp chair if you prefer not to sit on the ground.
