Meet Erik Sather - owner / operator of Lowry Hill Provisions in Northeast Minneapolis - who throughout his life has had a strong connection to food from his youth spent on a southern MN farm to years of cooking in some of Minneapolis' best restaurants. His connection to land, food and people led to opening his salumaria, which has been a process of passion, luck, and community. Collaborating on this day with friend Nate of Keepsake Cidery who has made it his life’s work to produce spontaneously fermented natural ciders and wines from regional fruit, the two together will knock your socks off on this journey of flavor.
