SAIL: Improving Strength & Balance Fitness Class (Roosevelt 55+) ONLINE
Use aerobics, strength training with weights and balance exercises to reduce the risk of falling.
Before your SAIL class begins, you are encouraged to attend a short online orientation meeting on Fri April 17 @ 8 AM to complete a Juniper register form, meet your instructor, Gail Johnson, and learn about space/equipment you will use in class.
This program is offered by Juniper, a Minnesota non-profit that offers healthy living classes and sponsors classes like SAIL across the state. Classes are free or low cost thanks to grants and the support of organized health care providers.

Gail is a Certified Fitness Instructor and manages several fitness programs for CommonBond Communities. She is also a wellness educator who enjoys speaking to groups about healthy habits and healthy living.
