Edible Ephemerals Foraging Workshop (Southwest)
Learn the joys of spring ephemerals and gain a new vegetable season before the trees leaf out. Join Tim Clemens, founder of Ironwood Foraging, at beautiful Sakatah Lake State Park in Waterville, MN for a morning of plant and mushroom identification. You will learn humanity's oldest skill and how to harvest the flavors of the forest months before a traditional vegetable garden begins to produce. A MN State Park vehicle entrance permit is also required ($7/day, $35/year). This class is great to pair with our Edible Native Shade Gardening class to see the concept in action!
If event is sold out, please add your name to our waitlist. We will contact you if tickets become available.
