Yoga: Gentle 1 (Summer) ONLINE
Learn gentle yoga sequences to strengthen major muscle groups, increase respiratory function, release tension and relax your mind and body. Must be able to comfortably transition from standing to seated position.
This class is priced on a sliding fee scale. Please pay the price you are able. This helps to ensure that Community Education can provide quality opportunities for all of our participants.
Barbra A Bloy
Barbra Bloy has been teaching yoga for 20 years. She is trained in the Himalayan Tradition of Yoga – which goes back 5,000 years – and is registered with Yoga Alliance as a RYT 500 member.
She currently teaches at The Meditation Center in Northeast Minneapolis and have taught at public schools, yoga centers, gyms, community education programs, and private classes, working with students of all ages and experience levels.
During her free time, Barbra volunteers at Gilda's Club, teaching yoga to patients with cancer.
