Xiaohong Chen came from China and has been involved in Chinese cultural events in the Twin Cities for more than 20 years. She has talents in languages, Chinese singing, and Chinese ethnic dancing. She knows Chinese language and culture well, and has been enthusiastic in teaching Chinese over the years.
