There are nine species of turtles native to Minnesota, and most of them can be found in the Mississippi River. Meet two different species of live turtles and get ID tips for telling Minnesota’s turtle species apart as you learn about the biology of these fascinating reptiles, then go for a walk with a naturalist to explore turtle habitat along the river.
