Cooking: Appetizers & Charcuterie Boards (Entering Grades 5-8)

This camp is all about small bites and big flavor! Get hands-on in the kitchen making appetizers, dips, spreads, and snackable favorites while learning prep skills, seasoning tricks, and fun ways to make food look as good as it tastes. Then bring it all together by building creative charcuterie boards packed with flavor and personality.

To ensure that our high-quality enrichment classes are accessible to all families, Minneapolis Community Education is now offering fees on a sliding scale. The different prices reflect the average cost of offering a class as well as a discounted option and options that help us cover our administrative costs. Fees cover instructor pay, most class supplies, program materials, marketing and scholarships. Families are asked to pick the price that they are able to pay. As always, we will continue to offer additional financial assistance upon request. When families participate as they are able, in all levels of our sliding scale, the whole program becomes self-sustaining. Thank you for your consideration as you sign up for summer programs!
