Holiday Artisan Cheese and Natural Ciders in MN - Guided Tasting Experience with Nationally-Acclaimed Shepherd’s Way Cheesemaker Jodi Ohlsen Read and Cidermaker/Orchardist Nate Watters - December 6 (Southwest)

Held at Keepsake Cidery & Winery, just a short drive from Mpls/St. Paul, this experience will feature arguably some of the best cheese and cider produced nationally paired together on a journey of flavor. You will take a deep dive into the wonders of artisanal sheep cheeses and natural, spontaneously fermented ciders. Learn about processes, sustainable farming and the realities of running small family- and farm-based businesses while sipping and tasting on this guided tour with Jodi and Nate leading the way. There will be the opportunity to purchase cheeses, cider and other locally made products after the event.
