Mat Pilates Yoga Power Sculpt (Washburn)
Use Pilates principles to raise your heart rate and work out at an intermediate level. Use small stability balls and resistance Thera-Bands. Prerequisite: Pilates and yoga experience.

Susie has trained extensively in Pilates for the past 10 years. She completed her training for certification in the spring of 2007. She believes strongly that Pilates students reap great rewards like increased metabolism, better posture and stronger core muscles.
