Writing about your own life can be rewarding. There are many forms your material can take: personal essay, memoir, short stories, online blog, and even performance monologues. This all-levels class covers finding the heart of a personal story, deciding what needs to be told, compressing time, developing a specific voice, and utilizing scenes and structure.
