Mat Pilates Yoga Power Sculpt (Washburn) ONLINE: Interactive
Use Pilates principles to raise your heart rate and work out at an intermediate level. The class will use small stability balls (provided) and resistance Thera-Bands available for purchase for $5. Prerequisite: experience with Pilates and yoga.
This class is now being held online, interactive through Zoom. You can choose to enable your camera and audio, or just view the live content. There will be time to socialize with fellow students and the instructor if you choose to, before and after each session. More information will be sent after you enroll.

Susie has trained extensively in Pilates for the past 10 years. She completed her training for certification in the spring of 2007. She believes strongly that Pilates students reap great rewards like increased metabolism, better posture and stronger core muscles.
