Mat Pilates 2 (Lake Harriet) ONLINE: Interactive
Advance in your Pilates discipline through practice of new movements to increase your strength, control and stamina. Get to know more challenging positions that involve multiple points of focus and control. Prerequisite: Pilates 1 or previous experience. This class is now being held online, interactive through Zoom. You can choose to enable your camera and audio, or just view the live content. There will be time to socialize with fellow students and the instructor if you choose to, before and after each session. More information will be sent after you enroll.

Susie has trained extensively in Pilates for the past 10 years. She completed her training for certification in the spring of 2007. She believes strongly that Pilates students reap great rewards like increased metabolism, better posture and stronger core muscles.
