Pilates 2 (Washburn)
Test your conditioning with strengthening and stretching exercises, and make your torso the power center of the body. Pre-requisite: Pilates 1. Wear comfortable clothes, and bring a mat and water bottle.

Susie has trained extensively in Pilates for the past 10 years. She completed her training for certification in the spring of 2007. She believes strongly that Pilates students reap great rewards like increased metabolism, better posture and stronger core muscles.
